At Fired Up! Popcorn, our story is more than just about great tasting popcorn—it’s about family, service, and the mission to make a difference. As a first responder-owned and operated business, we know firsthand the mental and emotional toll that comes with serving the community. Our journey began not just with a passion for healthy snacks but with a deep desire to support those who dedicate their lives to protecting and helping others.

 

With five children at the heart of our family, service runs in our blood. We’ve seen the long shifts, the sleepless nights, and the weight that first responders carry, often in silence. We’ve also witnessed the power of connection, resilience, and the importance of mental and emotional well-being. That’s why Fired Up! Popcorn was created—to not only bring people together over a delicious, nutritious snack but to be a source of support for the brave men and women on the front lines.

 

Every bag of our organic popcorn is crafted with intentional ingredients; popped with heart-healthy avocado oil, seasoned with Himalayan sea salt, turmeric, and cayenne for a flavorful, nourishing experience. But more than that, every purchase fuels our mission. We proudly donate 20% of our proceeds to Burning Layers, our trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness program designed specifically for first responders. Through Yoga, breath work, and community connection, we help first responders process stress, find balance, and rediscover their strength—both on and off duty.
